Commissioned pieces for a church foyer. I chose Isaiah 40:8 as the basis for these pieces and included one line of the verse on each painting. "The grass withers, the flower fades, but the word of our God, will stand forever." This passage is burned in my brain because it was printed on one of the first pages of the Bible I had as a child.
